Shipping Policy
- For buyers who intend to pick their products locally in Bellevue, WA, USA, shipping will be waived. Please contact us directly at atelier.maharanibagh@gmail.com if you prefer this option.
- We ship domestically in the USA as well as abroad using providers like Fedex, DHL etc. Rates will be calculated on the website once your order is placed using standard 14 day delivery. Please note depending on the product & shipping address some shipping time window may be longer up to 4-6 weeks. If you prefer a different shipping time or method, please get in touch with me on atelier.maharanibagh@gmail.com at the time of placing the order.
Order Status & Tracking:
- After you place an order, an email confirmation will be sent.
- Before you have it in your hands, rest assured we have done a thorough quality check personally. The process from start to finish takes around 2 – 6 weeks in total.
- Once the order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email confirmation and the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders using the tracking number.
- There might be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the shipping/courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
- If you’d like to make special requests for quicker delivery, please do write to us at atelier.maharanibagh@gmail.com and we will try our best to accommodate it.
